In many cases involving violation of a statute or ordinance by the defendant, we will be able to handle your case on a completely contingent basis, in other words, we get paid only if we win or settle and the defendant is required to pay us. You will only be required to advance out of pocket costs, which are returned to you when we win.
Most other legal services can be provided either at an hourly rate or on a flat fee basis. Many clients prefer the predictability of flat fees; however, not all matters will lend themselves to a flat fee arrangement.

Our initial consultation with you will be without charge. It is intended to allow us to discuss your situation and what we can do for you generally and so that we may both get the information needed to decide if we want to go further. During your free initial consultation, we can determine what type of fee arrangement is best suited to the situation and either set a contingent or flat fee or provide an estimate or range of your total legal costs.

At our free initial consultation, we shall discuss generally the legal problems or issues which you wish to address as well as the fees and terms of engagement for the legal assignment. If we both decide to proceed, we will prepare a written retainer agreement for your signature. You should note that no legal advice is provided to non-clients; thus legal advice is not provided during initial consultations nor until a written retainer agreement is signed by us and by you.
Uncertified checks may not be credited until
they have cleared. For our client's convenience, credit cards and debit cards are also accepted.
